The SCL series advanced cutting and perforating machine is designed to process coated nonwoven fabric rolls into precisely cut sheets of various sizes. The process begins by unwinding the nonwoven fabric from the roll, after which it passes through a series of steps. First, the fabric is heated by ultrasonic technology, which strengthens the areas where the longitudinal cuts will be made. The machine then perforates the fabric, followed by longitudinal cutting using a special circular knife that creates perforated lines. These perforations allow the fabric to stay connected yet easily tear apart when gently pulled. Finally, the fabric is cross-cut to the desired width, resulting in a fully finished sheet of nonwoven material suitable for medical use.

The SCL series can be adapted to cut different materials, including medical TNT, PP, and PE laminates, supporting applications in sterile packaging, PPE production, filtration, and industrial barriers. It can also process ordinary paper, cardboard, and food wrapping paper.
